How to Keep a Water District Running During a Pandemic

 Jennifer started her career in the public sector in 2007 with the County of Sonoma.  While there, she worked in the Human Resources Department and County Administrator’s Office, before moving into the water industry at the Sonoma County Water Agency.  Jennifer is currently Human Resources and Risk Manager for the Alameda County Water District where she oversees all personnel-related programs, including recruitment, labor relations, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, property, and liability insurance, and workplace safety.  Jennifer possesses a Bachelor’s in Psychology from U.C. Davis, a Master’s in Industrial/organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, and her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification.  In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her 11 month old son and teaching BodyPump, a group fitness class at 24 Hour Fitness.
